Itel P40 has been officially launched in India, marking the expansion of the company’s entry-level device portfolio. It claims to be the first smartphone in its segment to feature a powerful 6000mAh battery.

The Itel P40 is priced at Rs 7,699 and is available in three color options: Force Black, Dreamy Blue, and Luxurious Gold. Interested buyers can purchase the smartphone online from the Itel e-store.

In terms of features and specifications, the Itel P40 boasts a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS water drop notch panel with a resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels. The smartphone has a slim body measuring 9.22mm and includes a fingerprint scanner on the rear for added security. It also supports face unlocking.

The Itel P40 is equipped with a 13MP+QVGA dual camera and dual flash, while the front houses a 5MP selfie camera. One standout feature of the smartphone is the Memory Fusion technology, which allows users to increase their RAM up to 7GB.

Under the hood, the Itel P40 is powered by an octa-core SC9863A chipset and runs on Android 12 Go edition. It comes in three different RAM and storage options: 4GB+64GB, 6GB+32GB, and 7GB+64GB.

The smartphone is a dual-SIM device and is backed by a generous 6000mAh battery with 18W charging support. Itel promises a 12-month warranty and a one-time screen replacement guarantee without any service cost.

On another note, Itel has also launched a new tablet in India called the Itel Pad 1. This tablet supports 4G connectivity and includes a SIM card slot. It is powered by an octa-core chipset and is available in two colors: Light Grey and Light Blue.

The Itel Pad 1 is priced at Rs 12,999 and can be purchased from both online and offline stores.
