What are your first childhood memories? Have those memories shaped your later life in anyway?

I always look up to my parents. In my childhood, I have seen them struggle round the clock to create a footprint of their own business. They believe in hardwork and they were sure the benefits would come at the right time.

Since you have made a mark in writing now, what are your first memories of books or writing?

I have been reading from my childhood. I have always loved novels, but I was not a great writer though I wrote a few articles for school magazines.

Has anyone inspired you in anyway? (Teachers or parents as mentors)

My parents. Later, my brother too.

Any one particular author/book you which left a lasting impression on you?

A quote from 'Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas'. Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes. You must look into that storm and shout as you did in Rome. Do your worst, for I will do mine! Then the fates will know you as we know you.

Which one you enjoy more? Writing or reading?

How tough was to write your first article?

Since it was my first, it took a week. In fact, I was really confused about the whole writing process.

Since you deal mostly with management issues, have you ever tried writing fiction or writing some other topics?

I haven’t yet. I will, soon.

For kids who are now growing up, what’s your advice?

I have not achieved anything big to advise someone. From my limited experience, I can tell you: always try your best irrespective of what you do. I have tried myself almost in every field like dance, music and sports to understand which one is my cup of tea. I have failed miserably, but I did not quit.

Finally, what are your future plans? Where do you think you will be say in 10 years?

My plan is to get into HR domain (as HR manager). In 10 years, I see myself as an entrepreneur.
